Adelaide Lifestyle & Integrative Medicine
An evidence-based approach to identifying drivers of chronic health challenges and supporting sustainable, long-term change.
Our Approach
Lifestyle and integrative medicine work together to understand and address the underlying factors that influence health over time.
This approach considers the role of nutrition, movement, stress, sleep, environment and other lifestyle factors, alongside a broader view of physical and psychological health.
Rather than focusing on symptoms, care is directed towards identifying and addressing underlying contributing factors.

Who This Approach Is For?
This approach is particularly suited to individuals experiencing chronic or complex health concerns, including conditions influenced by lifestyle, environmental, and behavioural factors. It may support areas such as metabolic health, cardiovascular health, lymphatic health, fatigue, stress-related conditions, and overall health optimisation.
Care focuses on understanding how these factors interact over time, alongside identifying practical, evidence-based strategies that support meaningful and sustainable change. This includes both the management of existing health conditions and the prevention of future health concerns.
Your Care
Care is personalised and tailored to your unique needs, goals, and circumstances. Consultations are focused on understanding your health history, current concerns, and identifying patterns and contributing influences.
An evidence-based approach integrates current research, clinical experience, and your individual context to ensure recommendations are both informed and practical.
This supports the development of clear and sustainable strategies for long-term health and well-being.
